Aliante is a master planned community Located in North Las Vegas, Nevada.  Aliante is just South of the Sheep Mountain foothills and only 25 minutes from the world famous Las Vegas Strip!

Sun City Aliante, a 55+ Age restricted community is within this master planned community of Aliante.  It includes a fitness center, swimming pool, craft and hobby rooms and tennis courts for the Sun City community members.

Many of the homes for sale in this age restricted community offer golf course views and most offer mountain views. All the homes are one story homes and most have open planned yards that leads on to the golf course greens.
